Wyoming Health Council, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization located in Cheyenne, WY, is
seeking bids for renovation/repair to the Wyoming Migrant Health Building, 615 E. 7th
Street, Powell, WY 82435.

ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
Project Assistant – Wyoming Health Council

Minimum Requirements: 23-5 years officeproject management or office administration experience; Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work with, various professionals in nursing and/or healthcare. Ability to travel and to work with minimal
supervision.response skills; H. S. diploma or equivalent;; Able to take direction. Able to work with
persons of varied professional backgrounds.

Preferred requirements:
Experience in marketing/public relations. Experience with event coordination. Computer
proficiency in QuickBooks, Word Processing, Electronic Mail, Access and other Spreadsheet
Programs. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize work loads; Able to
function with minimal or no supervision. Commitment to family planning and migrant health
services.

This is a one-year grant-funded position, located in Cheyenne, WY. 20-3025 hrs/wk. hours
week. Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Annual Starting Salary, $20,800 Annual
Salary. Paid holidays, pro-rated vacation/sick leave and Benefits provided.
